Help using online card system to make a character

Well, things are almost done. or right about done with the costume, and saw that on my facebook that making a online card system character would save time, and give you extra build points, and allow others to assist you easier. Now, I already have the character background that's about a paragraph in length. And I have a good vision of what I want my character to be like. But it's all down to the ways of filling things in that I'm looking at the rule book and then back to the form and then back to the rule book.

So, I'm asking the people of knight realms to help guide me through this process.
