It's an incentive one of my colleagues came up with and I'm going to do my best to help implement it. My apologies to anyone who wished they could have benefited from it back when they started.

A stickied/pinned post would be a neat idea. I'll get in touch with whomever's in charge of moderating this board and get that underway. Thank you for the suggestion!
