Sorry if this would fit better in another forum category.
I would like to go to the April event, but I see it starts wednesday. I know I can't be there any earlier than late friday.
Can I go to just part of the event?
Is there a different cost for this event since it will be longer? and if so would the cost change if I wasn't there the whole time?
Also I know the rules will change this event. Will there be a new character builder on this website for the new rules before the april event?

Yes, you can go to the weekend portion at the regular admission price.
As one of the volunteers working on the Card System and Database, I can say that yes, the Character Builder will be ready before the April Event.
