Like a putz, I limited my answer to Geoff's question "What did you get for the Holidays that was KR relevant?"

Also, Seamstress has gotten a crocheting book and stuff.  She will soon be a triple threat - sew, knit, and crochet. 

Neglected to mention another self-gift.  Boffer crossbow.  House to myself with a 54 foot long room.  Demon dog with deer leg is a sitting target for practice.  Cats are too small.  It may be a solution to the squirrel problem...

My family is Buddhist, so we don't really celebrate x-mas or the holidays.  However, we give gifts during this time a year if we feel like.  It's not a mandatory thing.  A few friends and co-workers got me a number of things.  I received...

3. My brother got me a trauma plate for my vest (my brother's a cop). 
4. The entire Night Angel Trilogy from Brent Weeks (so its safe to assume I am picking up assassin or making an assassin as a 2ndary PC).
5. A gift certificate for my fav rpg store, the compleat strategist
6. Porn... no I am not kidding.  Someone from my office thought it be funny.  :'(
7. Sheet music for practicing guitar.
8. DVD's of some movies, anime, and other stuff.

Not a bad haul for this year.
