Hey folks,

So Ive got my next assignment for the next part of my military careeer. I will be stationed at Fort Stewart, GA. Its near Savannah GA. So It may be very possible for me to attend more then 1 KR event every couple years.  Anyone from GA or near/along the route? Whats the time like for that drive?

Google maps show this as a 869 mile drive, taking about 14 hours, 4 minutes.

I was just going to say that Paul.  Courtney (Juniper) used to live down by Georgia and she was saying it took between 12 and 15 hours to get here by car.  I know we have a couple players in the Maryland area, plus I am pretty sure that there is someone you can crash with for a few days if you came up here.

I was at FT Gordon,GA for a few years.
Long trip back if you take a bus (22 hours), it's faster by car, but still a pain.

Oh, and a note on being stationed in GA....  my condolences.
you will be bored, but if you look hard enough there are a few WoD larps in the area that are pretty decent.

At least you are near Savannah, I was near Augusta....
Savannah is not a small town, so you will have at least a few entertainment options.  If you want some more info on what to expect from being stationed in GA send me a PM.
