Agreed, Blob has no abilities that could get under the helmut or past the Juggernauts gem.

The Blob, if he practiced and understood his power, he would more than likely be able to slow the Juggernaut to a standstill, however, he trains by eating friend chicken and Janet Pym

I have some vague recollection of hearing about an X-Men comic in which the Juggernaut ran into the Blob.  I believe the Juggernaut was actually stopped, but the Blob was also knocked 10 feet away and fell on his ass.

Could just be hearsay, though.

Blob, while not able to be moved when planted still has a skull that would crack open when hit with a running Juggernaut  helmet smash

Not sure on Phoenix, but Jean did - she popped the bolts on the helmut, if I recall, with telekinesis and got inside his brain.

Oh my god, why am I here?

OK, there have been plenty of examples of what happens when sufficiently strong characters try to move Blob... they move the ground he stands on, as his power sort of anchors him to the ground.  Hence, Thor, hulk and Juggernaut could all move the Blob, barring Blob's standing on a solid adamantium structure that weights significantly more than 100 tons.

I am such a nerd.

I was trying to figure out what trumps what... especially when it comes to mutant powers versus magic.  As T stated, unless the Blob is standing on something that cannot be broken and weighs over 100 tons or so, he cannot be moved.  As for the Juggernaut, the magic gem that gave him his powers says he cannot be physically stopped.

So I was wondering what happens when the Blob or Juggernaut face off a galactically powered being.  Silver Surfer,Galactus, Pheonix...  or if/when they face off against a magically powered being (aka Dr. Doom, Scarlet Witch, etc...).

Unfortunately, my knowledge of comic book geek powers and levels aren't really comparable to the folks I see here on this board.  ;)

From Wikipedia:

He can also alter his personal mono-directional gravity field beneath himself to make himself virtually immovable as long as he is in contact with the ground, although an incredible force can uproot him, along with a chunk of whatever he is standing on. The only beings on record to have been able to move the Blob against his wishes are the Hulk, Juggernaut, and Strong Guy (powered-up near his limit by absorbing kinetic energy), although Colossus has managed to lift Dukes by digging underground and raising the piece of earth Dukes stands on, stating this as an exception to his immovability.

Ok, but what of Juggernaut?  If Juggernaut decides to move in a certain direction, and this PO's someone super being... let's say Silver Surfer... can Surfer stop Juggernaut?  Or is the magic gem thingy going to trump a galactic being?

That just reminded me of something that he said all the time on the tv show-
"You stupid mutant, you can't stop me, my powers are magical!"

The Gem, which was crafted by Cytorak, gave a small bit of power to whosoever held it. Actually, when Juggs turns good, he becomes less powerful, failing to appease the gem. Juggernaut is forced to be a bad guy or else he loses the power of the gem and dies.
