Very good news!

To those who have known me for awhile, I'm Australian (western Australian actually) and I have been looking for a Live Action Roleplay based on both RP and the Live action component.

The good news. I found a LARP, well to be honest 3 actually. However, There is bad news. Most of them are extremely combat oriented (body/head shots and hard fighting), so I am now learning a traditional germanic longsword style! Oh, and I also broke 2 boffers in our first training fight.

Congratulations on finding a LARP!  We are excited to have both you and Kathryn come to Travance!

Its....fun fighting in a style that actually existed in medieval times and learning to fight hard....This is more competition style fighting and so on, so we'll see what happens.

The wedding is 8th of April, and the ceremony will be held in Perth, Australia. Both of us are looking forward to being in Travance (I look forward to npcing heavily).
