Like the title says..Anyways, has anyone made one? What do you use for your supplies and sealent?
I am most likely going to make a handful of weapons for the summer. Let me know.

Here are some decent instructions
 One would have to get the right density foam and shaft  to prevent a weapon that's TOO hard , or too whippy
