Do you think they give out t-shirts as prizes like the Homestead?

Clinton Station Diner. The Mount Olympus, 50 lbs of beef. If fiv e of us can finish it in four hours, it's free. If not, it's a few hundred bucks.

After a certain size, the burger ceases to even look appetizing. The bun on mine didn't even look like bread when I got it. The cheese, and fixings stop being delicious, and start to look like a kindergarten art project. Lol.

Oh, maybe they changed it. There was also a larger burger there at one point, with a $5000 prize for finishing it. I don't remember what it was called, but one of the big name professional eaters gave it an attempt a couple years ago. I think it was also featured on one of the Food Network shows too.

Kinda wanna see a KR version of this contest. Make a giant burger, challenge players to devour it under a time limit. Winner gets something nice. Losers get a chance to puke their guts out.

You realize guys that eating challenges cost tons of money, right? Its kinda why when you don't win them, you pay ton's of money for the food you sort of ate.

They haven't changed the challenge at the Clinton Diner, they now run two. The one you are talking about Matt where you can win $5,000 and the smaller one that Geoff is talking about. That one comes with a prize as well though I'm not sure how much. And I'm just throwing it out there, I've had 4 friends try the one burger challenge, one of those friends being a body builder, professional for a while, and I believe they still failed. Just saying......

When I was in HS, the local dairy bar had a special they served in a full size styrofoam sink. Any flaovor(s) ice cream on desired. If you finished it (if you wanted, you could let it melt and drink it) it was free and you got a plaque saying "I ate everything but the kitchen sink." You also had your name entered on their wall of "fame."
