Can anyone recommend a website to reference what kinds of fancy clothes men wore to balls/parties? I'm interested in trying to get some fancy duds for the masquerade ball, but have no idea what is appropriate for me to wear. All my garb is combat clothes. I wanna change things up a bit.

What "period" are you thinking you'd like to emulate?

Most of the stuff I'm finding line are either emulating the Tudors or some late period of France, under Louis VIII.
I'm not sure which period I'm going for. I was just planning on browsing until I found something that suited me or looked nice. I look at some of the other past pics from the Masquerade Balls, & I want to step up my costuming to not be such an eyesore compared to the other folks I see.
