Couldn't find another place to put this, so here we go
www.gofundme.com/savelarparchery
The gist is that Archery Tag (Essentially the paintball archery company) has initiated a legal battle with larping.org, over it's sales on Larp safe arrows, claiming among other things, trademark infringement and false advertising.
www.scribd.com/doc/285019022/Complaint
Probably would be a simple case to beat, but if this happens, archery tag can have a precedent to build upon, which could end up drying up the supply of Larp safe arrows.

I believe the best action is to sent letters, ect to the companies that make the arrows.
The manufacturers are the ones who will lose money.
And the SCA, who were doing this decades before these losers.
A nice cease and desist letter from their leadership may do some nipping.
Btw, remember, Paramount tried to sue the U.S. Navy on the use of the name Enterprise.
