For the white, it's not uncommon to go through two 6-meter rolls in a weekend (like these:

). The others, a single roll like that will do, as we don't go through them that quickly.

Also, leather not necessary for laces - they're not for boots (usually), but for tying & lacing up NPC costuming. Same with the safety pins, so the larger sizes are better, though a "variety pack" would be fine. We normally use 3"x5" index cards, but it doesn't need to be specifically that size.

We should really pin a post detailing all of these, as it is clear that what is in the rulebook doesn't necessarily account for all of our basic needs. That way, people like Ali, who plan to donate in bulk, always have one list to be sure of, and that we can be sure of, accounts for everything we need to run a weekend.
