Need ride to/from Sep 2013 Event - Hauppauge Long Island

Good news!! I got permission to attend the September event non-combat!

The bad news: I don't think I'll be up for driving that long a distance by then. So I need a ride from Hauppauge.

The mixed news: my back isn't ready for sleeping on a bunk yet so I'm going to get a nice air conditioned motel room nearby. Whoever drives me is welcome to take the other bed. But I will need to be dropped off at the motel at night and picked up in the morning (if that's not possible i guess I can try to find a taxi service to/from the motel)

So who wants to volunteer to drive me/take the other bed in my motel room?

Of course I'll also throw in for Gas and Tolls

I've realized this is a lot to ask. So if I need to I can find a seperate person to drive me to/from the holiday inn express

OK so I definateky have a ride to/from the hotel. I also have a volunteer to drive me to/from event but they'd be coming from PA. So if someone closer could volunteer, it would be easier for all involved.
