Citizens of Travance,
For the past two years, it has been my honor and privilege to serve as the Chancellor of the Arts. As of last moon's Baronial Feast, however, I shall no longer serve in this office. My kinsman, Raphael, has assumed its responsibilities and shall provide the levity that we need so often in this place. Anyone seeking to perform for the Feast should henceforth contact him.
