Let it be known, that as of June in the year 1211, that Tyran Radley of Travance has been elevated to the rank of Squire under the guidance of Myself, Lucius Blackthorne, Lord of Alisandria. Tyran's loyal service over the years and many examples of valor in the face of our enemies made him an excellent candidate for squire. I am honored he would accept this commision.
