Any idea which direction this soul harvester might be comming from... With the recent re structuring of the guard, I have been up to my neck in paper work and I could fancy a stroll

Not sure just yet, but I'll be sure to let you know if I figure that out. There's apparently about seven town members who you should see with glowing markings that aren't coming forward if you'd like to help with that for now. There's a chance they might not notice the markings themselves, so it might not be on purpose. I'll get you some psalms to help you see spirits as well, that should help people a lot this moon if they want to assist. -Ilana

A few questions that could help me out....
Would these markings be clearly visible to us? i.e. on the face or hands... Or would they be hidden under their clothing? Will these markings fade by next feast? Or will they be visible for sometime? Also would they be acting any differently than they usually do or would they just have a marking? I ask so that in case the markings aren't visible they can still be identified.
I also will do my best to keep an eye out in Kaladonia for any of these individuals.

NOT RAYVEN:
Citizens of Travance. My name is William Antheel, servant of Galladel, and I believe I met some of you last moon. There are a great many things that we have yet to discern regarding this foe ahead, but there is hope. I bring some news from Faust regarding some of the effects resulting from contact with these spirits.
First off, there seems to be a variety of different effects from contact. While some may seem beneficial at first, I have yet to determine what prolonged exposure does to the body and mind. It seems that these spirits "possess" in two ways, mentally and physically. If you can defend yourself physically, but not mentally, it allows you to See Spirits, very similar to those that are attuned to a focus, or can call upon the blessings of Galladel. If you can defend yourself mentally, but not physically, for some reason it allows you to physically interact and touch these spirits. You would still need a way to see them though. We have seen that if you cannot resist either one of these effects, it appears there is no immediate effect. I do not recommend testing your luck however, until it can be investigated further. As those above my post have already stated, there are ways to cure this affliction, but all of them are unstable, and nothing is guaranteed.
Some of the symptoms have been reported as memory loss, and generally behaving out of character. If you are attuned to a focus, or can See Spirits, you will be able to tell at first glance who is affected. It appears as if a second soul is trying to inhabit the body, almost possessing them.
As far as the connection between a Soul harvester and these spirits, I have yet to get a concrete answer for you. I will be present this coming feast to hopefully answer more of your questions, though I am unsure what time.
May Galladel protect us,
William Antheel
