A rumor I heard

While drinking in a tavern one night this week, I overheard talk of inmates who broke out of an asylum in Lotra. Unfortunately, I was unable to speak further with the man who spoke of the topic. If anyone has information about this event or any of the inmates who went missing, please contact me either personally or by sending me a letter at my vineyard. Particularly valuable information will be rewarded if it can be verified.

I agree fully to what Tobar has posted here before me. Also as I am from the Barony of Vorllorne and still show them my loyalty, I request that this information may also find its way to my ears.
