Subjects of Travance,
From this point forward, there will be NO expeditions or travel north of Travance to any land, ruin or encampment. Any person or persons found traveling outside of her northern borders for any reason will be cause for immediate imprisonment and persecution.
Any goods, private or otherwise WILL NOT be permitted from the northern territories. Any coin or notes paid for said goods will be reimbursed by the baronies in which said subject resides.
This decree also deals with any travel or expeditions dealing with Church issues and Mage's Guild business.
