STATUS OF THE GUARD

THE BARONIAL GUARD WILL BE RE-STRUCTURED FOR THE THIRD AND FINAL TIME NEW PARAMETERS ARE AS SUCH

ALL GUARDSMEN MUST VOLUNTARILY SIGN UP FOR A TERM NO SHORTER THAN SIX MONTHS
./This means lords and ladies you no longer have to scramble for 2 guards men each month, this also means the guard i have on hand will be willing to make this a priority rather a chore/

GUARDSMEN MAY BE A VASSAL TO ANY LAND
/ Though it is not needed to be a vassal to a land any guardsmen without a land will be given a land to pledge them selves for the month/

GUARDSMEN MUST MAKE MEETINGS A PRIORITY TO ATTEND
/usually guards meetings are for the purpose of filling one another in on investigations as well as when drills will be/

GUARDSMEN MUST REPORT FOR MARCHING DRILLS ON TIME!!!

GUARDSMEN MUST KNOW HOW TO READ, IN SOME WAY TEND TO WOUNDS, AND BE ABLE TO DEFEND THEMSELVES IN A MARTIAL MANNER

GUARDSMEN MUST BE WILLING TO DO REGULAR PATROLS AND ESCORT TOWNS MEMBERS TO THERE BEDS

THERE ARE ONLY 12 SLOTS OPEN I HOPE TO SEE MANY FAMILIAR FACES, RECRUITMENT WILL BE AT 10 BELLS AFTER MIDNIGHT THE MORNING BEFORE THE FEAST.

IN SERVICE TO THE PEOPLE
Knight Captain Magnus Von-Ritter

Something urgent has come up out of the proper I will be leaving at around 3 on friday... As such recruitment will be held at 11 that evening at the barons manor all who wish to join as well as my officers must attend

I am writing on behalf of Knight Captain Von Ritter. He will be unable to visit the Proper at all this moon and the recruitment meeting will be occurring next moon.

Just to be clear. We are still holding a meeting at the stated time. It may not be completely what was stated in the original posting, but the meeting is still being held.

I will be in attendance as well if there are no objections. It is my intention to volunteer to resume my former duties, Captain. Please advise if you think this is an acceptable course of action, and in what capacity you think is best. It is hard to break the bonds of brotherhood forged in battle.
I wish to be of any help I can.

Unless the Captain wishes to correct me, we are going to abide his original post, only changing the month to match this coming feast.

Make yourselves available, and attend the meeting at Ten bells after midnight on the morning of the Baronial Feast if you wish to be a member of the guard.
