I appreciate your interest in the ranking system of my blossoming brotherhood, but sadly this is not the venue for such a discussion. My comrade and collegue in arms Lars Sirian was responsible for the ranking system, to which we clung closely to his cultural nomenclature.

this is why you need detailed charts depicting your employees/members, just in case some one asks a question like this you can then reply that its classified information and only a higher ranking member of the organization is privy to it
