Serah Goggins,
If I notice any of the people approaching the bar at the Inn while I work, I will see what I can do to get them to either you or Dr. Solvei.
If this is infectious, I'd rather them be away from the bar/food/drink as quickly as possible...But would you prefer them have some sort of fluids or hot meal before they are sent to either you or Doctor Solvei?
Thank you for the warning,
Justé (Sébastien) O.T. Noire

Wotcher Mister Noire,
Thankyou for voicing your concerns - the points you raise are all good ones, and I'm very appreciative of your mindfulness!
While the affliction is not contagious, it would nonetheless be a good idea to attempt to keep any suspected victims away from crowded spaces until we've seen to rectifying their predicament (which is, itself, a tricky business.)
There's no need to provide food or fluids - on the contrary, doing so may cause disturbance in the chest cavity, which has proven to be a factor detrimental to patient recovery probability.
Very good Mister Noire. I'd once again stress that it is of paramount importance that you waste no time in locating myself or Doctor Solvei, and safely escorting the individual to us for treatment. Thankyou for your vigilance; know that your efforts will not go unrewarded.
