Ser Cypher is to report to myself, Knight Captain Magnus Zero, or Ser Barak Tellinghast immediately upon his return to Travance. If any harm comes to him, with the exception of defending oneself, whosoever strikes him will be charged with assaulting a noble of these lands.

Let it be known, that Ser Jack Cypher's loyalties lie, as always, with the Kingdom of Kormyre and the Barony of Travance. He has not, nor does he harbour intentions to, join with the Hollow Song or any other enemy of Travance or the Kingdom. Ser Cypher has been a paramount asset to the Kingdom and should be recognized for his unwavering service to Her lands. Further allegations against him will not be tolerated.
