An offer of assistance

It is I, Lieutenant Grimkjell Eirson.

I have written to you today to offer some help, because I know there is a problem. Recently, in the inverted tower, there was a necromancer binding the souls of healers and witch-hunters into undead. He was slain, and we had thought him cast out. I know for certain this is not so. He still lives, and is capable of whispering in your minds if you have encountered him before. If he has done this to you, please come to see me during Market Faire during the upcoming feast, so I can discuss how to help you deal with his afflictions.

For those members of the guard who are so afflicted, consider this an order, for anyone else, I simply ask you to listen to me, as I can't give you an order about this, I can only try to help protect you from the danger that hangs over you. I suggest that you do not respond to this public posting, but send me private missives if you are concerned, I will try to answer them all before I come to the proper on Saturday.
