Searching for Materials

I have been informed of a special kind of silk which affords protection that rivals that of the finest of Mithril armour, as well as other kinds of protective fabrics and cloth that may be of some use to me. One such material, I believe, was called Shadowsilk. The name of the second escaped the mind of my informant Smith. I am hoping to commission such a Creation some day in the future, and would like to begin gathering the material sooner rather than later.

If anyone has any information on how I might obtain such materials, any other information on similar materials and how they work, or perhaps are in possession of any such material, please do not hesitate contact me by missive. I can be reached via the Mages' Guildhall in Travance Proper.

I have, and will curate an amount of gold to be spent in leisure for this project. If any one else has Venium, I'll gladly buy it for a premium price. Or Mantel, if you want to make some money off that cloth, I will buy it from you or trade for some other items.

I could use such a material as well. I would happily pay above market price for such a thing if only to get out of my plates.
