Hello everyone!
The days officially begin to grow shorter and the air cools as Autumn has graced us with its presence. Try to keep lanterns out or near at hand as non-magical fire and light are deterrents to many threats that like to harass us this time of year. A smith can help you obtain a lantern. Veterans of Travance, take the time to meet someone new and get to know them either to be their shield or equip them to prepare for the feasts to come. We should all try and be lights in the community, shining as a guide to those who want to listen.
October marks the holiday of Galladell's Watch (Halajh’awen). While the holiday is usually recognized later this moon, keep an eye out for small treats this feast. Take a moment to remember loved ones lost with a good drink and story as it is important to celebrate their lives.
As always, The United Churches of Light will be offering several congregations this feast.
All who are willing to be respectful to the Gods of Light and the others in attendance are welcome to attend. All light clergy are welcome to speak at mass and, if time permits, others will be allowed to speak as well so long as they remain on topic and respectful.
Friday
Midnight Gaian Mass - Location: Kaladonia Altar
Officiant: Gothi Caldor
Saturday
3:00 PM Bar Mass - Location: Bar in the Dragon's Claw
Officiant: Chaplain Aldric
This Mass is for those unfamiliar with faith. Talk and learn about the United Churches of Light with some light refreshments and a drink.
5:00 PM Mass of Light - Location: Church Annex
Officiant(s): Various Clergy
Be well!
Doctor Ilana Darkwood Uidhir-Zero
Squire of Pendarvin
Head of the Wild Mages Guild
Steward to the United Churches of Light
