Greetings!
There will once again be a Poker Tournament sponsored by the Count!
Grand Prize will be a bar of King's Gold! This will be a Legendary Game!
This mythical bar of gold is said to have mysterious magical/alchemical/smithing properties! AND is RUMORED that it can be used to gain an audience with the King himself! As part of the King's personal reserves, it is truly a Kingly prize!
Buy in is unlimited. A little scorpion told me that there may be ways to acquire chips for this game at the Ball! Ask around, look around, you never know!
Tournament Rules will be announced prior to the start of the game. Anyone could win! A woman even won one year!
As usual, I recuse myself from this game and will be your humble host and dealer.

Dear friend,
I do not appreciate the disrespect and belittling implied in your posting here. Gender should not garner one different treatment or assumption of different capacity for skills.
I'll be glad to take that King's gold off your hands again, as a woman and a poker player.
May the light guide your path and keep you safe.
With love and respect,
Angeliana

What you infer is your business.
It is no secret that women hardly ever gamble. I was merely pointing out that anyone can win and encouraging all to participate.
As for taking the King's Gold from me, I did not participate in the game you won it in, so bring that bar of yours to a game I actually participate in, and we shall see......

Good game everyone!
Congrats to the winner, who at one point lost most of his chip stack, then came back to win!
Well played by all.
A very memorable game.
I hope to see you all there next year!
And some old Maverick souls were saved...very glad to see that happen too.

Salim,
What winner exactly? In a game where the odds of anyone at the table winning the prize... Allow me to re-phrase; keeping the prize is 0% unless they condone black sorcery or don't care about condemning 5 souls to eternal torment and imprisonment... There are no winners.
I will try my best to re-pay the winner of the card game itself the gold value of what he had to give up. What you have fooled us into was straight up robbery. Let's not kid ourselves shall we?
A nice touch, not allowing us to find the last card and thus leaving me no option but to look for it in the spirit realm to shatter the barrier holding it even though it cost me my life.
Well played gambler. Next time let me know my life is what I am gambling with, will you? I will still bid it to save 5 souls but I rather not be deceived.
May the light guide your path and keep you safe.
With love and respect,
Angeliana

I am not sure what you mean by all that.
I ran a straight up game.
The 5 souls and those cards had nothing to do with the game I was running. Those were ancient history.
If the winner gave up the prize, it was for his own reasons, or he was deceived into it, and not by me. The prize needed not be given up to save those souls (if that is what happened)...Only that the cards that imprisoned them be used together in a game worthy of their attention. As for your death, that was your choice to go messing with dangerous, unpredictable, dark magicks when there was a far safer option.
