Seth may have more troublesome issues than a treason charge to worry about, if his actions cross Galladel, as I think they might. I think it vital we bring him to justice before he causes more harm to himself.

What reason have we to think he has crossed Galladel? I know some things which perhaps relate Galladel to the Homunculi, but would Seth oppose the realm of spirits so directly as to necessitate divine intervention?

I think I know the answer to that. If he thought Mr. Galladel could give him what he wanted, but he said no, and then Eden probably told him she could give him what Galladel wouldn't, or couldn't. But sometimes what we want isn't what's best for us. Sometimes what we want to do isn't the right thing to do. Sometimes people hurt so much that they make bad choices, and sometimes those choices hurt people, even if we don't mean it. We make mistakes. We fail. Hurt confuses us. Other people confuse us...like Eden. There are people like her who watch for that kind of hurt that changes who we are and how we act, and they try to use it to change us how they want us. Seth is our friend. He did something bad because we couldn't help him the way he wanted. I don't really understand what treason is because everybody seems to say it means something different. But what Seth did...it was a BAD choice that he made because Eden is tricky and she saw him hurting and used it to get him to do what she wanted.

I don't know what I'm saying we should do here. We can't let him keep helping her. We can't let her have him. And he needs to know what he did is not okay, but...I hope that when he is back home with us, everyone who decides what happens to him remembers all the good he's done and that he's our friend too before he made a terrible mistake.

Seth most-likely has his reasons for his actions. I suppose that just because his ideals do not reflect your own, that doesn't make them inherently wrong.

Eden is a formidable enemy, but let's not forget who made her this way.
