If you're able to find anyone, please do tell. I may be in the market for the like of such a procedure or series of procedures soon, as well.

I seem to remember one individual confident in that procedure, but unfortunately it's been a year and a half since I heard of it, and he has not been in Proper, to my knowledge, for a long time.
