It's their nature to scavenge. If they don't do it in the Dragons Claw, they'll do it in other buildings. Honestly, if a Drake, or any other animal wants to eat some, they're welcome to it. Such is the way nature is.

Maybe a druid can assist the rats to a location that's optimal for us and them.
Not in a building and somewhere that's safer for them.
