Mantel Warrane, curator of the Grand Library at the Darkwood Academy, is pleased to offer psalms and tomes to the people of Travance.

Are you taxed by too many pupils? Arrange for an interview with me, and within a mere half an hour, and for trade of 10G in goods or legal tender, I will have for you a training manual, from which your students may study your profession even when you are not present.

- Made by special request only, this psalm can repair any item smaller than a large shield. Cost scales between 2G and 8G, depending on the kind of material one needs to mend.

Quick Thinking

- Allows a craftsperson to complete twenty minutes of work in half the time, good once every twelve hours.

Fate of Galladel

Flare

- Dazes an adversary for a round of combat.

Secret Pocket

- Protect your goods from a would-be pickpocket!

Knowledge of Chronicler

Memorize

- Remember every detail of a sheet of parchment for a duration of six hours.

Know Age

- Discern the true age of a target.

Law of Valos

Negate Chaos

- Bring order back to one's sensibilities, terminating a rage. Buyer beware, this psalm cannot remedy complete domination or control.

Chains of Justice

- Chain an adversary's foot to the ground for five minutes. Only one with the strength of two men can break themselves free, though not without harming themselves.

Life of Gaia

Breath of Life

- Heal up to three Common men from serious injury to half of their full health.

Detect Life

- Instantly iscern the specific health of an individual, including all ailments and injuries. This effect is normally only achieved by clergy themselves!

Light of Valos

Holy Light

- Conjure a divine light in your hand indefinitely, or on an item for up to half a bell.

Bring Hope

- Break the grasp of fear or intimidation on an ally.

Purification of Gaia

Cure Poison

- Remedy the effects of any poison afflicting an ally.

Cure Disease

- Treat any normal disease in its earliest stages.

Spirit of Galladel

See Spirits

- Peer into the Spirit Realm and see the souls within your immediate vicinity for five minutes. This effect is normally only achieved by clergy themselves!

Consecrate Soul

- Protect yourself or an ally from the turn to unlife.

War of Valos

Blessed Armor

- Bolster your endurance against five slashes from a common swordsman.

Prowess

- Strengthen your weapons to deal more lethal blows in a battle.
