So, I try to do something a little nice every September and this year is no different.

There will be a small brunch at the Pendarvin statehouse around 11:30. If you show up early, that's alright, I'll be there. I am also inviting any other contestants to the brunch for a meal if they like. After all, it would be poor entertainment if we are all fighting on empty stomachs (but request if you do attend to hold the fighting because why waste good food?)

If we find out ahead of time the weather is meant to be awful, I will move this to the inn and try to coordinate with the kitchen.

Please consider bringing something to add to the brunch, I won't have enough if everyone wants to come by.

Good afternoon,

Brunch will be prepared by myself and the ever-fabulous Lady Darkwood. If you have never had the chance to sample goblin cooking before, you’re in for a real treat. I’ve been told it is excellent for improving one’s overall immune system. I’m like, pretty sure that’s a compliment.

Brunch Menu

Fruit Salad
Banana Bread
Variety of Savory Sliders
Blueberry Oat Bars
Brioche toast w/ butter and jam
Buttermilk Waffles

Waffle Toppings:
Maple Syrup
Strawberries
Banana
Candied Pecans

We will also have some gluten-free muffins for those with allergies.

Orange Juice
[strike]The Blood of Slaughtered Hobgoblin Scum[/strike] Just kidding, it’s Cranberry Juice

More menu items may be added before the day of. Feel free to make requests if you have a favorite you don't see on the list, or have any allergies.

I'll be bringing a large jar of Blackberry Preserves. Should be good on the waffles and muffins.
