In the rules it says if no area of effect if given we must strike the targets individually.
So, for Meteor Shower.
Meteor Storm
This ability deals ten times the character’s
Burst (Metaphysical) multiplier as Fire
damage to three targets and renders them
Tripped
Spell (Rank III), Attack (Metaphysical), Area Effect
would i be required to strike 3 targets with 3 spell packets in order to complete the attack?
My quandary is identical for Magic Missile, and Brilliant Spray.
Now with that in mind,
Refraction
This ability increases the number of targets
of a spell by two.
Spell (Rank IV, Unique), Combo
This allows the targets of a spell to go up by two, does this require additional packets or do i simply point to my additional targets / name them?
Lastly for a spell like those mentioned above if i touchcast (for instance) meteor shower or a different spell requiring me to hit multiple targets would the single instance of touchcast hit everyone?
Thank you!

Yes, this is the case for all abilities that affect multiple targets unless they specify a different delivery method.
It would be two additional packets/strikes - so for a regular single-target spell, it would be three attacks, or if the spell already affects three targets, it would be five attacks.
Yes, if you change the delivery method of the spell it would change it for all of the attacks.

Can an Area Effect ability with a specified number of targets be used to individually target/attack Faeriekin under the effects of Meld with Nature? Or is it just Area Effect skills with a specified area?

Yes, Meld with Nature would be pierced by any ability with the Area Effect trait.

Player of the Month
Mike Vozza
Player of the Month goes to Mike Vozza. The guy is just always helpful, and one of those people that if you told him we desperately needed someone to wash dishes for an hour, he'd do it, and without negotiating for reward. He also goes to great lengths to decorate his cabin every event, and yet he still contributes mightily to camp cleanup before going back and breaking down his personal, very elaborate decoration work. Basically, he puts his best into everything he does, whether it's related to a PC, NPC, cleaning up, or whatever. Thanks Mike!Mike Vozza
