I am not the most versed in traps. But I hope to discourage or deal with whatever has been coming out of there. Perhaps your expertise can help us with fine tuning this plan a bit.

As for materials, while I cannot get you anything fancy, I should be able to get some base materials for you. Whatever I can get my hands on will be yours for this endeavor.

Do not worry. The culprit will be dealt with to the full extent of the law when found. But unfortunately, it appears they are hiding in a place that is unsafe to travel in. While I do not know how they are managing to survive in there, I will not allow others to risk their lives. However what we can do, is increase the security around their hiding spot so that if they DO come out again, we have a heightened chance of catching them.
