Set-Up and Arrival time

Arrival time for this event, is anytime after noon.

I would like to know if anyone would be willing to arrive at 12 noon and help me transport props from the storage locker to the camp.  We would meet at the camp, unload our vehicles and then go get the props. I also will need some people to help start setting up as soon as we get back with the props.
