Set Up Help
I will be arriving between 11-Noon to start setting up. If anyone can be there at that time to help, please send me a PM to let me know to expect you.

Arrival Time
There is no set arrival time this weekend. You can arrive as early as noon, but if you are not there to help set up, please stay out of the common areas as they are set up.

Cabins and Tents
All buildings are as they where last weekend that we where at Sac, including the Pendarvin Statehouse. There will be one pavilion area that will be covered up and have red glow sticks circled around it. That will be the physical representation of the Barons Manor building for this weekend.

Dress Warmly
This may have been covered in another thread, BUT bring thermals, extra layers, socks, and warm sleeping blankets and bags, as it will likly get cold at night.

The Tower building will be the Black Orchid Guild.
The monastery & healing focus will be set up in one of the tents in the same area as the Trade Hall/Forge. It will have white banners on the outside and easy to spot.
