Will there be a list posted before the banquet of what items will be in the Chinese raffle?  or do we have to come and see for ourselves?

They will be announced yes, but closer to two weeks before the banquet.

What time is the banquet going to start?

The Banquet is still three weeks away - as with all festivals and other special events, James will post further details as they are decided and when it gets closer.  Please be patient.
