There is likely nothing stoping anyone from "setting up shop" so to speak.

Two questions, If you arrive early friday pre "main event" are you still a part of the extended portion and if so say you get there at like 9 in the morning how much would it cost and are you still eligible to learn 2 higher list skills technically speaking.

Oh and continuing on that would the build blanket still apply to you if the price for the extended part is any less because 40 bucks is a lot for a couple extra hrs.

The price is what the price is. If you want to PC or gain the benefits you have to pay appropriately. I understand your concern but making specific rules for each situation and day and time someone can show up is a lot of work, and I guarantee we'd still miss a few situations. If you show up early like you suggest you are likely best off just npcing and earning a few extra points for your character.

For those of us doing both sections of the event, because the extended portion is meant as a teaching sort of time, and we won't be using learned skills during the main event anyway:
Do we treat the Week as "extra practice time", that is, can we apply the Build from the Feast portion of event to our "potential" prior to the Feast's adventures actually starting, or do we need to actually wait for Friday night to roll around for Friday's build to be available to us?
I'm thinking this specifically for things like... if someone would end up with enough build to learn a couple instances of Strength, but because Strength has such a high Build cost, would they need to wait and do a second bit of roleplay to take that second instance? Secondly, if someone just wants to try and learn everything over the Week, and be available to teach and adventure on the weekend, do they have the Build, because they've paid for the trip to the town, or does it not actually apply until they reach the town?
I realize that this is kind of a moot point, because you don't "need" to roleplay teaching yourself a second instance of a skill,

Since your cards will not be updated till the next event you can spend any of your available build at any point and time during the weekend. The only exception to this is the higher list learning rules.
Learning Higher List Skills: You may learn one new, and one aready learned higher list skill during each portion of the event. You MUST be present and role-play the learning at that portion of the event to make use of this! (i.e. - if you do not learn the new skill during the extended portion, you cannot learn two new skills, even if you were present for it).
