The Ceremonial Scrolls skill was accidentally left on the Divine Ceremonies list, during the time at which Sorcery Scrolls were removed. It was my intent to remove it from both lists - the skill has been dropped from the game, and build will be refunded. If you used a Free Teach to learn the skill, please see me in person to receive an alternate skill of your choice.
All ceremonial scrolls, divine or sorcerous, are removed from the game. The only exception to this are special items from the OOG Banquet or Raffles.
