Needed for December Event

I like it. It also makes it so that we don't accidentally buy something someone already got because the boards were not updated or some other such set of circumstances. Thanks guys for clarifying.

Kristen we actually do have about 6 sleeves of cups provided they don't find a home before December event.
Also, eventhough we have someone bringing in paper towels and bathroom tissue of these too much is not enough...

I am thinbking we could leave a sleeve or two in Logistics and have the MM on duty let us know when they are low.

im going to bring about 150 Styrofoam cups as well.

White styrofoam cups are , well, horrible from an environmental PoV.  That said, if you already have them, do not throw them out.  The Hot Cups I get from BJs at least are paper/air based, and are not starkly white.  I get 180 12 oz cups for $11.  If I stumble across coupons, they are less.

yes i know how horrible they are i was planning on using them on something else but i don't want them to go to waste so to donation they go. i don't plan on buying them again.
