This has apparently become a bit of a confusion as the when this shift begins. The NPC shift begins at 9AM and not 10AM. Even on Sunday, showing up late to your shift will warrent a rules warning first and then a violation as well as not being marked off for your shift, not allowing you to learn anything for the event.
Please remember this so you don't run into any problems!
