Land System 2.0 Beta Rulebook posted

I am happy to say that the Land System 2.0 Beta rulebook is now online in the Advanced Rules section of the website.

As always there are a few things that still need to be worked on with the rules and if anything changes I will be sure to make a post sharing the changes. If you find you have questions, the wording isn't clear or there are problems with the rules please feel free to ask in this thread.
