This sheet is for those wishing to use the kitchen facilities during the extended (Wednesday night through Friday evening before lay-on) portion of the event. Anyone using the kitchen is responsible to see that their work, cooking area, and equipment used is cleaned to the satisfaction of a kitchen marshal. Failure to comply will have repercussions.

Those using the kitchen before the soft lay-on are subject to the same conditions.

Wednesday 6pm, will need to prep about half an hour, then need one oven rack for a few hours. So I guess 6-10ish, but def can share kitchen.

Thursday, 6pm. I can easily share the kitchen, should take around 30 minutes, and I'll need a rack or two in the oven.
