ISLAND REALMS HIGHLIGHTS;

Cardio! I was everywhere this weekend.

My BEST Highlight, I found my character direction. I know WHO Argyle is, where he is at, and where I would like to see him go. I had a lesson this event that taught ME something. It changed how look at role playing, it's about everyone, whether it's two people, or two hundred. That reminds me, can a RP Marshal please me?

I talked with so many people this event, if I don't name you here, please don't be upset, the RP is the best I've had. What a BLAST, the interactions between PCs was great.

I actually taught a few lessons, and must say, I dropped the ball on one, and made up for it Sunday! I asked for help to train it. I have a Rule on learning on skills, if I can't RP it, or have a way to teach it, I won't learn it. (Luis, take a bow) so, worked out a new lesson of the skill, can't wait to teach it in the future.

Tori: Dope New Garb; straight up, I thought you were an alt or some fresh new hell you and Drew cooked up.

Billiam beating an ape death, so hardcore combat Role Play, that was sick.

Steph and another NPC using me as a ping pong ball, fun.

"Tari, what part of I'm not letting you die do they not understand? It would really not look good if I let my teacher's wife get killed."

John (Munky): That is, simply put, the best scene to date I had at this game. Deep, when I walked away from that, I was going over it again and again. Days later, and just wow.

"Seriously? We are on a whole island of Positive Energy, there isn't a single undead on it, it's literally a witch hunters dream right? SOMEONE WANT TO TELL ME HOW THE HELL WE SO BUSY?" I loved it, y'all are great. You beautiful wreck of people, I call my family.

Wormwood bailing me out. I was in WAY over head, but I wasn't going to back down. I was bluffing, thank you. Argyle is tuff, not THAT tuff.

Sanura, Damon, Evrat, and Argyle, NOT a normal party, we NEVER run together, and then a few pirates try to mess with us. WORST PARTY TO PICK A FIGHT WITH EVER!

Crowley, my hat to you. Not easy to throw me off my game, you nailed it.

Joe and Rebecca; yo we miss you, it was great to see you.

Jeff Balla, that was fun, I hope we run together more.

Whoever played the Bear, that was great. Your my NPC of the month, and man...Maria KILLED it as Skree.

Maria, awesome, just awesome. Your mass was great, the punishment with Chenjing...awesome. You are totally my Player of the Month.

Matt Defranza beating me up as a NPC. I owe you a better fight.

Rachel killing it as Fiona, simple, deep, to the point. You sold it.

Atrus NOT there this event, STILL gets blamed for what happened to Angel(could of used your help...)

No Swyft, I did NOT kill that bard. (Josh, that was fun man) I don't just go around looking to kill people in hunting parties...That is what Venier and Undead are for.

KR March 2016 Event- Highlights



Friday night turned into another living hell for Swyft. Even on the Island of Good, a katta can't get no justice.

Tori's new Angelica outfit was amazing. DAT HAIR THO.

Being a raucous pirate was fun.

Being silly and trying not to jingle too much in the Alissandria cabin while a billion wolves were outside.

Going on a profitable treasure hunt with Zathir! It's been so long since he and Swyft got into shenanigans!


Good times with Indigo as per usual.

I got to use Maelstrom's “get-everyone-out-of-crit-but-go-into-crit-yourself” ability for the first time!!! And I'm so glad Connor was there for it! Ilana was on that so fast, I don't think I even hit the floor before she blew a corpse-resuscitate on me, haha! Thank-you!

A deep and moving talk with Magnus which alleviated some worries, but has only made Swyft more conflicted. (Just as soon as I think I know what to do... lol.)

Unplanned Berserker lesson with Evrat. Yeah, that caused some issues. Sorry not sorry about your leg in the night, bro. At least I healed it right away. I not THAT much of a jerk. … Like you...

Ben's positive energy shapeshifter. Giving Swyft all the frights and feels! I loved the impression of Jed. Haha...


Amaaaaaaaazing RP with Pluvious, Nalick and Tari. I hope you got to see how deep some of that stuff goes. Again, sorry about the shenanigans. Swyft is more than one card short of a deck right now. It's a nuisance, sometimes.

Pluvious, Swyft is super touched that you let her get attuned to that family phokus! That meant so much to her!

Josh's bard... Oh my god. It was a love-hate relationship, really. Loved having him as a traveling companion with Sin and Wylla, though! Hilarity ensued!

I'm a little sad that Swyft wasn't allowed to meet Fiona, though. So it goes, I guess!

It was great to see everyone again! Love you all!

Additional highlights:

-Getting into giant arguments with both Aleister and Angelica, and all the conversations that followed.
-The moment where Merikh, the dark priest, is having a better time on this island than either the white sorcerer or the paladin.
-Nearly ripping Grim's head off when he kept following Annora. Bill, sorry not sorry

-Great paladin talks, both with Cinder and with the group as a whole.

-And because it's worth mentioning again, MAIN MOD. SLDKFJSLDKF
From Team Paladin & Friends managing to actually stick together, to negotiating and trying to talk down Steve's guardian, to kneeling by Fiona's bed as she was woken up. All of it was fucking magical.

-Sunday pirate shenanigans. Zach, endless entertainment was had.

Get to describe the visual for Maelstroms crit skill. Doing that for Maelstrom and the other swords is one of the big reasons I enjoy running that plot.

Being the only one to be able to see Matt Calo as Vallo. All the Break Limbs out of Vanish. Never thought I'd love leeching restoration so much.

Having wonderful pre-game roleplay, then getting really sick last minute and not being able to go.

Oh well! There's always next month. See you all then!
