FOUND: September 09 event: Black Cloak of Galladel, Black & Green Celtic bracers was created by GJSchaller (GJSchaller)
As the subject says.  Cloak will be washed & dried (it was damp when I packed it), bracers will be cleaned to the best of my ability.  That's what you get for leaving them with a blacksmith...

His are black and has tooling that is much smaller, so I don't think that's the same piece. I like the item though, I wonder if Connor did it.
