Lost: Mini-Cape was created by Ib (Gannon)
I had left my mini cape on the railing up by where Zahir was doing the werewolf game. Its reversible with a black side and a gray-ish side. If someone picked it up, let me know. Thanks

I found this. It is in the trailer. When you get to the event, check in with the NPC stuff.
