Lost: Small Pouch

I know this is probably a long shot, but I'm missing a small cloth pouch; black with a floral motif. Its about the size of a pack of cigarettes. Inside this pouch are several brilliant cut gems, a magic item, a few potions and a ring (possibly a few other things but those are the ones I remember off the top of my head). It also has a label inside that says "Hidden Pocket". If you have it, please let me know. A ludicrous reward to the person who returns it 100% intact.
