Partlet help!!

I am driving myself up a wall trying to find a partlet in time for the ball. I found one back in August, but like a dunce, I forgot to bookmark the site, and now I can't find it.

If anyone knows of a reliable source I would be more then appreciative. Mostly I'm looking for one with a ruffled collar, which seems to be this side of impossible. Mostly I really really don't want to have to make one because smocking is the devil.

Here's what I could find via a quick Google search.  I think the "verymerryseamstress" used to be a weblink on this site under the Garb section.  Not sure though.

Are you looking for the dickey type or the blouse type?

If you DO end up having to make one, here's a lovely simple pattern that requires no smocking, just the simplest machine gather for the ruffle. The way it is worn and tucked will control the drape/pleating.
