Quarter Staff needed for March Festival was created by Lina Marinescu (Ismaesumi)

I have a friend coming with me for the March festival who would need to borrow a quarter staff. Is there anyone who can help us?

Also, I know the plot of the festival has not been revealed yet, so, obviously, if there is no combat involved, then the quarter staff will not be needed.
