I haven't seen the KR leather vendor who sells the belts and pouches. I want to get one for my son for his birthday next week. Does anyone have his identity so I can contact him?

Mr. Tobias (OOG Steve Thompson) was the one who made many puches and also my well known Nightwing clan armor. If you're looking for some good leather work, Cooper (Shamus/Captain Delvantes) does AWESOMEwork as well and is much easier to get in touch with.
