Every person you invite that pays off an amount on their account you will receive 5% of that.

ex.  You refer 10 people who each spend $25.00 in site fees.  You will get a check for $25.

10*(25*.05)=$12.50

District of Columbia is not an option from your State/Province drop down menu.  As that's where I live, I can't complete my registration.  Can you fix that?
